Faulty Nokia 6230 handset/battery with a camera problem.
Everything works fine except the camera function.
When you start the camera a message comes up:
''Memory Full Delete Items From Gallery''
Unlocked and in good condition.
Sensible offers, as there's not much wrong with this 6230.

I've got a 6230 exactly the same fault as this! Aparently it can be fixed with a firmware reflash/update, which I'm going to see if anyone can do for me....
Must be a common problem with 6230s!

You guys sure the internal memory isn't full? Try switching the folder to where the photos are store to the memory card... or... Delete Items from the Gallery!!!!

Tried that, it won't let me into the gallery to delete items, and it's saying there's plenty of free space... could do with hard resetting the phone, but don't know the code!
The one I have also needs a lot of persuasion to turn on properly, so got a software gremlin somewhere!
Sorry for threadjacking a bit here!

@sammy....
May be not!!!
I have reflashed my 6230 and it did not rectify the fault, along with a another pm file.
The problem in my case is with the ''NAND Flash Memory''. Anyone who has access to a hot air station will be able to sort it for you, by doing a reflow of that chip set.
This is a very common fault with the 6230.
I can reflash your 6230 for you if you like, as mentioned before, but I think you will find a similar result?

Yes, I've heard it could be a NAND chip problem. Does anyone have one of these hot air stations handy here? Not sure what exactly that's all about, bit beyond my capabilities!
Not sure what to do with this 6230 now, as don't want to pay any money to get it flashed only to find it still has the same problems.
EDIT: It does have some games that have been downloaded onto the phone still on it, these all work fine - are these saved in a different memory?
