I've been trying to install the update service 2.2 downloaded from the SE web but after an hr.. its still installing....?
wats up...??? Sad

im using winxp leh.... see log below.

theres this "jre" and "uninstall update service" folder once i cancel the installation.. wats wrong....

I also have excatly the same problem, i even let it run for almost 7 hours but i'm still stuck at installing... so i have to cancel it. Have you found out the cause? I have this error since Oct last. I wasn't able to update my K750. Thanks

What do you mean by installing? Is it 2.2.13.7d you are talking about? If that's so,oh gosh,SEUS is a doomsday then..

yup, i ws still installing SEUS2 after i downloaded it from SE website.
I wasn't even able to finish the installation. But i have experience this in all their versions, sso the problem is probably in my setup. Thanks

I have never experienced problem installing SEUS,downloading update files,and even updating my K750 f/w. I used 7c version 2 weeks ago. My PC is Pentium 4,1Mbps internet speed,512 MB RAM..

wow, so lucky for you. I have tried installing this SEUS since sept last year when i first got my fone, I was hoping that upgrading the firmware would solve the problem with multi-character search.

I'm using a centrino laptop with 512 ram and 512 broadband internet, so how about the summary log generated by the installation do you have like these? . Thanks for the reply.
