Has anyone dealt with or ordered from this site before, I ordered 2 customized covers from them for W550 on 17.12.05 & till now its showing product is being packed. I sent them several emails but no reply & also called them but it goes on answering machine...

I noticed the website has been down a few times in the last few months so maybe its taking a while for them to process the whole thing. or posibly the covers are coming from america?
