I have no broadband internet here in my town..I just visit internet cafe which said to have 1MB bandwith..is it okay to update my K750 there? I have called my local SE,yet R1N035 is the latest f/w..they don't care about update..

That is something that you will have to check with the internet cafe really. It all depends if they allow applications to be installed on their system. I doubt that they will let you as most internet cafe's will let you install apps on their systems.
It is possible to do an update using dial-up internet but it will take a while.
