Any way to delete old files (or maybe a walkthru of the process available somewhere) where operating/system and app files are safe but unused or temp files are rmoved to keep the P910 operating smoothly and the mem cards lean. I do have SMan but some of the extensions are foreign to me and obviously I don't want to crash apps or worse still the phone.

Myself are using SysCleaner, very good app but you need to know a little what is going on.

Forgot that there is an another app to use also:

But here you need to find the files yourself but if you deleted some by mistake you can restore it from Trash (if less then 1 MB).

thanks janptr and xerx, have d/l Handy demo will try it out (i like the restore from recycle bin function)
Also I have loaded all apps only to the external mem card so surely temp files to delete will be found on the internal card? ....is this possible?

juninstaller is the best for this.
one other option is to read up on the various extensions on google. . i.e .ini files,.mbm etc.
it soon becomes obvious which files relate to apps.
doing a date search on sman also works well when removing/uninstalling stuff
