I'm new to this world, actually I've got P910c over ebay and want to flash to P910i. What software do i need and how to do it. Could someone help me pls

U actually can't because it uses different technologies. 'C' is for China and 'I' is international for GSM 900/1800/1900 Mhz.

I checked the SE website and knowp910c for china and p910i for International, but both of them has the same 900/1800/1900. The p910c has chinese language.
I want to flash to P910i. Is it posible? thank for input

Yes, it's possible, I've flashed many P910c to P910i's
You just need to find someone in your area that has the correct service tools required to do it (currently they are Fighter, Cruiser or a UFS box)
You can't do it yourself, unless you want to ~$100 EURO to buy a flashing device.
