not looking for a digital camera QUICK... but looking for a QUICK digital camera...
right now i have a kodak easyshare c330. 4.0 MP. Anyway I do ALOT of driving, and sometimes i like to take quick snapshots of things. im looking for a digital camera that i can just pick up and take a pic. the cam i have no i have to turn it on (normal) but then it takes a second to focus, then i hit the button and it still takes a second or 2 to take the pic. i just need something that is fast.

anyone got any ideas? any MP... just atleast 3...

K750 is very quick. Open shutter (even if phone is locked), take photo.

Takes three seconds to open shutter and for viewfinder to appear (aka "turn on the camera"), then another 1/2 second to press shutter. If you want the autofocus to have time to do a proper job you can do the half press to focus, but if you don't it does max depth of field (if you press without waiting for focus)

I've got a Canon digital ixus 750 (7.1 mp). From hitting the on button to firing up the (2.5in) lcd screen and ready to shoot takes just over one second. Its the fastest start up of any camera i've every used.
