Hi everyone,
I just got a K750i and here is the info DVT tells me :
Detected SonyEricsson: K750/D750/W800/W550/Z520.
Status Ok, OTP Close, CID36, PAF1
Phone CID 36, Color BROWN
You must use CID36 Flash Files For this phone!
Press button - "Get Files From Web" and download free firmware
Execution Time - 00:00:39
Done!
My firmware is R1j002 (which I assume is really old). All I want is to update the firmware to the newest K750i
(no w800i fancy stuff). Basically I want to increase the earpiece volume as it is horribly low.
Is there an easy way to do this ? I've read as much as I could but I am totally new to this and pretty confused. I understand that because I have a brown version I cannot use SEUS (which I tried). So I guess my only option is through DVT ? If so, is there a recent brown FW avaliable ?

doesnt matter if you're phone is brown it can be converted to red, davinci should do it as long as you have the right cable. for latest firmware use R1AA008 filess.
there are alternatives like using postage upgrades (i do this also p.m me for more details- i'm in the u.k).
