> K750i video playback problems

I've just recently got a K750i and purchased ImToo 3gp converter to try and get some videos working on there. Not too sure how many of you guys have used this ImToo 3gp converter but there is an option to keep same quality, If I to do NOT enable this then the video plays on my phone but the quality is SO bad I can't make out whats happening, however if I turn same quality on then after a couple of seconds of playback the picture starts to jump and then the sound cuts off :s
I have tried the video on my dad's Nokia 6230i and it works perfectly much to his amusement! Any ideas why this is? and more importantly how to cure it?

Well,as far as iknow you must encode the video to a maximum of 160 kbps video bitrate and lower than that in audio bitrate
