is there any way to get the W550 to start up in like a safe mode....mine wont turn on....
think its the theme ive got on there!!!

yeh best try that first but remove it for 15 minutes just for good measure and after if it still doesnt turn on put battery in and leave it on charge and see what happens.

its nothing to do with the battery charge...
just in the middle of a text and it white screened - rebooted and stayed at the white screen before the animated walkman screen...
and thats where it stays...will leave battery out for a while and go back to my K700
and see how it goes!!!
