Hi.
My P910i suddenly became very silent. No sounds at all even though it is not in silent mode. No ring tones, no music, nothing. If I plug in my earphones it works, I can for instants hear music. I wonder if I have done something wrong. Any hints?

The traditional solution is to turn off and on the fone. If the problem is still on, let it flash with the latest fw. Might be, that an application caused the bug.

Sounds more like a speaker problem. Could just be a case of taking the phone apart and carefully bending the contacts back into position, and giving the phone's internals a good clean.
If you don't feel brave enough to do this (you have to be careful taking the phone apart, especially not to snap the data ribbon for the jog dial), take it to a service centre or repair shop. It should be a cheap fix to swap out the faulty speaker

I don't think I will try to try to fix the hardware. Sounds like the guarantee is not as good then. Updating the Firmware may be a thing to do, of course. I updated a while ago, but maybe it is time to do it again.
Apart from the sound, everything works OK. It is not good, though, that I cannot hear when someone is calling me.
