I've decided to try and get my k750 replace or repaired because the joystick is just not working (pressing up or pushing "in").

How can i make a complete backup of whats on my phone? numbers, pictures, contact pictures, settings etc?

It has some o2 branded files (a theme and some graphics i think) which cause errors when backing up - is there a way to remove them completely as i dont use them?
