I want to upgrade my K750 via SEUS..my questions are:
Should I remove my MSDUO before upgrade?
Will I lose all the pre-installed Java like Super Real Tennis?
Will I get Indonesian language?
How long does it take to upgrade?

I upgraded my K750 via SEUS and i haven't removed the memory stick, and you will not lose anything. The update process itself takes about 5 minutes. There's another 10-15 minutes when the SEUS application is downloading the files for updating the phone.

Interestingly, when I updated my software using DaVinci - all games were erased (these were stored on the memory stick). I had them backed up on my PC luckily.
It never hurts to have everything backed up.. MyPhoneExplorer is excellent at this.
