Hi,

My P910 just stopped working. A couple of weeks ago the signal light just stayed on everytime (I even related the problem here in esato), and last week the phone crashed and when I took the battery off and put it on again, it just wouldn't turn on. I took it to the SE repair center and today they called me saying that the problem was "humidity in the system connector" and I have to pay €50 because the warranty doesn't cover that.

I think it's rather strange 'cause a couple of months ago my T630 just stop charging and when I took it to the same center, the problem was exactly the same and I had to pay for it too.

Of course neither phone fell into water or had any liquid pourred on them. Could it be from carrying in the pocket? Do you think this is a "normal" problem?

Thanks.

Nuno

it happens, damp air, rain, condensation on a windowsill etc. only thing you can do is get a 2nd opinion from somewhere else but thatll cost you!

Thanks.

Maybe that is the real problem, but I though it was too much coincidence to happen to both a P910 and a T630.

I'll try to see if there's another SE service center but I'm afraid it's the only one here where I live.

Anyway, I can't wait to get my P910 back! I even thought about getting a qtek S100 to replace it, but then I saw some reviews stating it's pros and cons and decided to keep the SE.

Cheers.
