I have found the Readmaniac Midlet builder. I tried to make a midlet with JSR-75 support. I uploaded the midlet to the phone, installed it and tried to run it. When the application starts the phone is asking "Allow application to read user data?" and "Allow application to write user data?". I press "yes" for a couple of times and after that i get an Fatal error : "java.lang.Eception:Filesystem is not accesible. Please increase security rights.Filesystem is not accesible. Please increase security rights.,phase:1,task:0/0" with an "Ok" button. If i press the Ok button the application is shut down. What can i do? I disperately need such an bookreader that can read books stored in the phone filesystem.

Well... you can do exactly what you want with ReadManiac; just install the standalone version and it will let you browse the filesystem; but you'll have to confirm for the JAVA security a thousand times.

There was a thread somewhere that talked about someone being able to bypass that security, I don't remember how... Do you know something about that subject?

theres a bug in readmaniac 2.5 at least for k750
version 2.4 works fine

for those anoyed by permissions use tequilacat for now since it only asks twice per folder and four times to open a book. once its opened it only asks twice when you start the app compared to readmaniac 23 everytime you start it.
also TC has minimize feature, very usefull for peeps with w800 that dont have activity button.

worked for me, uploaded homemade certificate to the phone, signed the midlets for tequilacat and readmaniac, set permissions for them to never ask and lol, it never does.

been trying to get this howto for months hehe

for peeps with dcu-60 youll have to use davinci
for those with cruiser cables read posts by mb-new

You do have to finalize it (i.e. PAY) to load the certificates, right? Is it like flashing a firmware?

from the russian post you can dload from links all you need to load certificate as well as .bat files that help you make your own certificate and another .bat that signs midlets with your cert info.

if using davinci YES you have to pay.

cert loader uses customization feature. .cst file has the link in the russian post above.
it loads custom.xml and certificate same as script would

in my experience its very hard to add certificates after the phone has been finalized and turned on. the master reset doesnt always work.

so my advice is to do a complete reflash and load .cst with finalization option.
