> W800i USB cable connection issue

okay, every time i load mp3s to my W800i using the supplied USB cable, connection gets terminated in the middle of the transfer, the Disc2Phone software reports that there is no device attached.
before i start, i make sure that everything is OK, phone is steady and is not moved, but still get disconnectedin the middle of transfers.
another thing, whenever i use that same supplied USB cable to charge my phone, it seems to discharge it. am plugging it to a toshiba satellite A80, drivers installed. initially shows 25% batt life, i leave i plugged in for about 30mins, when i check it again, battery bar is in red zone, saying 10%!
is the cable defective or something?

well, ive finally gone and had my fone checked, i said i wanted to have my firmware updated... the sony ericson shop told me i have the latest firmware, but i insisted they'd flash my fone and re-install the firmware anyway...
so i went back to the store after 2 hours, they tell me that thay cant seem to flash the fone, they keep getting a cannot flash error message, and advised me to leave my fone, it might be a faulty board ...
ah well....
