It seems that my picture that I made has a lot of color loss when I converted to GIF .. Why is this so ? Can anyone advice thx.

becasue you only have 256 colors to play with, your gonna lose pic quality

HAha of course its okie to ask we are all here to learn ... I think you can try scanning it in .. that is what I did and then use Paint to edit to the Pixel size... Hmm ... Cartoons come out alright ... anyone know any good programs that is free and can convert a Picture into a comic maybe ;p

you have to use the option stretch and make it to the pixel size you need...

ANyone know which Wap site can I upload my Theme that I made ?

Go to Fun and games and to My Picture and press C and delete it away
