I dont think it is possible, SIS files are written and compiled in C, which is very different from Java. The syntax my look similar between Java and C, but the libraries are very different. More so in J2ME. Also, MAC->PC is acctually very similar to emulation, i.e Virtual PC emulates a x86 processor and the windows enviorment.
