Mine are the wrong way round, when you press the Z you get a Y and vice versa. Anyone else come across this.

german keyboard have the y and z reversed. i.e. they keyboard is qwertz rather than qwerty
I'm wondering if there is someway that you may have changed the language which may give the behaviour you see?

You have to master reset the phone. Then you'll see the keyboard option layout. Choose the one that your country uses.

i know the problem has been sorted but you dont have to master reset... you go to the control panel, click the "other" tab at the bottom then click on flip settings you can change it there.
