Anyone know a program that can increase the volume on the phone to go even louder than it's max amount?

I'm using a BT headset that I just bought (Motorola). But I can hardly hear through it. The headset shares the same volume as the phone and is not separately controlled

. So unless it's completely quiet, I cannot hear anything.

So is there a program that can do this?

Ok then, whats a good headset? I got this one for $20. Mostly liked that it's lightweight and small. Don't like the huge things that extend to your mouth.
