Probably the file transfer bug firmware problem...

Check the firmware thread on the software section as how to update your firmware; then update it and it should be solved.

Cheers

I had the same problem

do not use the usb cable provided or the disc to phone software.

I put the pro duo in a usb adapter and plugged it right into the computer, opened up the drive (on my computer it shows as drive F but could be different on yours)

copy the songs or videos directly into the folders where the are supposed to be and they will be when you put the card back into the phone.

good luck

just do the firmware upgrade and then you can use the disk2phone software just fine. I had the same problem, the firmware upgrade fixes it.

I had the same sort of problem.
After transfering music via the supplied cable
i used the 'safely remove hardware' tool found on my start bar to
disconnect the phone from my laptop before unplugging the
usb cable.

Do you know what software version your phone is? I had a similar problem but managed to sort it.

It happens on version later and including R1N035; the only safest one until now, for everyone, is the previous R1L002

For those who succefully used disctophone.

How fast is it, without changing bitrates on the song, just transfering.

Mine was so so so so slow, and it also had the File transfer bug.
