> K750i to W800i upgrade

Hello,
I've been reading into this and with totalserver i can upgrade the firmware. All i wish to know is does this also unbrand the phone? In other words if I'm on orange will it get rid of all the stuff they put on?

There's probably some info over at TMS about this but:
you'll want to unlock the phone (probably) which may cost 1 credit
then you flash the phone with unbranded firmware which comes in two (or three) parts then finalize with a CDA to match the new firmware.
you may beable to do this with your standard cable (DCU-60)
you may need a service cable (Cruiser 4in1 or other) for unlocking
but yes ~ flashing with unbranded firmware gets rid of Branded stuff and user settings and any other stuff on the phone memory - probably.

Yes, with TMS when you flash your K750i with W800i firmware it will debrand your phone and get rid of any operator icons/start-up screens. I used the Total Multi Server service from
http://www.totalserver.net. You simply buy a credit, connect your phone to your k750i USB cable, download the latest W800i firmware files and flash your phone.

hey i was curious as to what will happen if i just flash my phone without flashing the default language pack file with TMS.
Is it absolutely necessary to have the default language pack if i just want english to be language in the phone.
also it is free to flash ur phone with TMS but costs 1 credit for default language pack.

im having problem with my walkman when i select "tracks"
