and can't get rid of it. See attached, what does it mean ? Its the envelope (so msg) but with a printer look a like icon on top of it. Its not listed in the K500i manual and nothing in the menus. TIA

Maybe indicate full memory for messages (try to delate some of them),
maybe that some part of massages missing,
or even maybe something like message distroyed

Its not a message I can open, I have nothing in any inbox.

Memory, I have 10mb free so hardly anything stored.

No email account setup, so no emails with attachments.

Anyone ?

ive had a k500 and havent seen that either. maybe you had txts set to grps mode and randomly caused that but its a complete guess.

looks like a service message icon to me, i got some on my old t630 a while ago, there is usually a service message bit found in hte internet settings somewhere, ill check now on my v600i and see if i can find it ....... nope i cant find it atm, but im sure thats what it is, maybe a google on k500 service message inbox may help?
