Im due to get a new replacement sim from my network either today or tomorrow, so I wanted to know how long do they take to disconnect the old faulty 1 to the new 1 usually anyone know? This message was posted from a Nokia

It takes them about 10 seconds when they know what they're doing. Orange did it years ago for me in less than a minute.

My sim is still activated the replacement hasn't yet come, just upgraded my phone and asked o2 bout the whole sim marlarky This message was posted from a WAP device

Am assuming here but guess you had an old sim, maybe old style too, network is now "upgrading" the sim yes?

Yep your rite 02 don't do that,
with o2 online upgrade I requested a new sim it took them 10 emails to tell me that they replace it in the end as it was 5yrs old and coming up with errors galore!

btw I hope it comes tomorrow ive got the new phone now
I need the new sim
