I had this phone sitting in a box for over a year now. Decided to start using it again.

I would like to have BT enabled to my Windows laptop (I had this working with my OSX laptop way back) to enable sharing of Outlook calendar/contact entries.

Can this be done with the P900? I had the automatic pairing done from the Dell D410 laptop I use, but it always tries to establish a dial-up connection with the BT phone. I don't want to have the phone establish an internet ISP dial-up when enabling BT from laptop/phone. ANy way I can just setup the BT pairing so it just does contact and calendar entry sharing?

Thanks!

MUST it be through BTooth? I'm pretty sure u can synchronise whatever info u specify (eg: calender, contacts etc) when u set it up using the dock (should come with the phone) so that whenever u plug it in it automatically does it. I think u should be able to do this using a BT connection as well if u connect to phone monitor through BTooth. As for outllook I'm not sure how to do it, though i'm quite sure u can, try visiting here www.my-symbian.com

Yeah I will try and do it via cable, problem is I lost it, just ordered a replacement. I would definetely like having it done through BT, much more convenient, and heck, it's cool!

Thanks.
