When i go on the camera, settings, shoot mode and then frames- i go through them and there all fine apart from number 4. Basically it should just have an outline round the side but half the screen has these black and white lines. I only noticed it today and looks like ill have to take it back to the shop but i was just wondering if anyone knew on here what the problem could be? Could the picture be corrupt and somehow be reset?
Someone told me to go onto settings, general, master reset and try that but it didnt work and has just deleted my ringtones, games and wallpapers that were originally on the phone. DOes anyone know how to get these back?
