Well... i recently flashed my K750 to W800, becouse i wanted that startup menu and better media player and i'm happy with that, but i have lost one of the best thing - activity menu.
Sometimes when I am downloading a huge file on my phone with web browser, i need to switch back to java IRC client and leave the download running in background. and i used activity menu to switch between media player, IRC client, web browser. But now on W800 i can't go out of web browser until download is finished.
Is there any way to switch to running java application while you are in web browser on W800i?[ This Message was edited by: RTOX on 2006-01-23 20:58 ]

try "up" joystick (which brings up the act. menu while in standby mode). Also check the More menu for options.
Also, have you tried using the music button to bring up media player while downloading, then using More in mediaplayer to minimise it to standby screen?

You know the activity menu shows you your calender events for the day, do you have to unlock the keypad or can you press it with the keypad locked for convinience?
Cos it would be a hassle to have to unlock the keypad if you want a quick glance at your calender for the day.

no, have to unlock. Only the camera works when phone is locked. Oh, also the music button works if headset connected (on K750).
