I have flashed the K750i with full charged battery. It succefully finished the flash withou errors. I've used R1A008 firmware, America 2, CID36 and service cable from Davinci.

Now my phone doesn't turn on. I got the following message: "Configuration Error. Contact operator or service center". And it doesn't start up.

Please help me.

can you confirm that you have ticked the "Finalize" checkbox before doing all these things?!

because the error you mentioned happens to those phones that are not "Finalized"

if you havent finalized the process then i can assure that you still have your credits... then do entire process again.

You're right. I didn't check the Finalization box. But I should have credits to finalize and I don't have credits anymore . ANy idea why?

its either DVT change their terms or a faulty server which is close to impossible..

which client did you use anyway? the latest one? have you checked on any upgrades regarding this client? how about DVT's terms & agreement?

havent been to DVT lately and havent been upgrading via DVT... coz my K750 worked with SEUS 2. the only time that i used DVT was an upgrade from R1L to R1N, from a crash on SEUS1.

but frankly.. do you have a spare credit? coz its lunlikely that you have to inquire about the said situation and wait for DVT to reply back and expect the discussion with you having your credit back at the end of the day.. no sir. if you want this done immediately i will asked you to shed out another credit and this tym make sure you ticked on FINALIZE checkbox, then come back to DVT and ask for the credit they owe you.

So I don't misunderstood. Reading the manuals and articles, I understand that the credit was debit only if I finalize, that I didn't do.

I've already contact DVT, but no response yet. Im using the latest version 1.56, may be there's a bug.

I'll wait for their response and let you know.

Yes. I got a message that my phone has the latest firmware installed. I think I'll have to buy another credit from Davinci and chech the Finalization box when flashing it again.
