as i was posting in another thread, someone was telling me about a scam they have been hearing about.
i told someone to send me a phone then i will make the payment.
but i heard someone telling me, latley people have been using fake IDs to get money from western union (like always). then they go to ship the package from DHL, TNT, etc, and they use that fake ID and the fake address on that ID, but send an empty box for a few bucks (or something in it, but light, like the weight of the phone or whatever it is), then ship it from that address on the fake ID, and then get the tracking number, then tell the person the tracking number and tell them to make payment via western union, they do it, they pick up they money, then the person recieves an empty box. never got caught because of the fake ID address.
has anyone heard of this? It may not br real, but someone just told me about it.

You don't. You use forged or stolen ID to both send the empty parcel and go to the western union shop to collect the money.

Let this be a warning to you all - Ebay are clamping down
& are removing auctions where the seller will only take
payment via Western Union or Moneygram!
If they dont take Paypal beware!!
