Can someone help me I'm trying to install a .DER root certificate (generated with MidletSigner2, see
http://chaos.allsiemens.com/software.html) and whilst I can successfully install the root cert onto my computer by double clicking, whenever I try to transfer to my phone (K750i->W800i w/Davinci) it simply saves it into the "Other" folder on my memory stick with no options to install...
Using Object Push in My Bluetooth Places only allows me to send a businesscard!.. Someone help!
Thanks.
P.S. I even tried to install the certificate during my Davinci flash (which confirmed the file should've been uploaded) but the certificate isnt found at all when I browse certificates on my phone..

ok first rename .der to .cer i think
if you want to load it only for webservicess you can send it by bluetooth, do not use object push but rather file transfer, copy and paste in the root and it will find its own place and ask on the phone if you wanna accept certificate. you can only install one at the time.
if you want certificate for java youll have to use either davinci or setool cracked to load it in preset filesystem.
wondering how you tried doing it with davinci?
if you used .cst from russian forum... you must know that that customization file will only work for halmer.cer since it was made by someone from davinci specialy for him.
as posted before in other thread unce the phone has been flashed and turned on it will not accept adding certificates to the fs.
procedure is to do a complete reflash and in davinci load .cst with finalization, or reflash and complete the phone in setool and then before turning a phone on, write your own script with your own cert. to the phone.
