Hi,

I have K700i and Motoroala HSB20. It is perfectly working ifn while calling and receiving calls. But yesterday i saw my friend's Nokia cell with Noki;s Headset and he can play / hear MP3 on that bluetooth handset.

Now my questions are :

Is it possible to hear MP3s on my present cell + headset ?
This feature of listening MP3 is cell phone based or headset based ?

Please waiting for ur replies...

Hi.
Welcome to Esato.
People have asked this question many, many times before here and the answer has always been no.
You cannot use a bluetooth headset to listen to MP3's from any Sony Ericsson phone. It is rumoured that SE phones due out this year will be able to do it but not any of the SE phones that are currently on the market.

Thanks for the quick and accurate reply. yesterday i checked with my dealer with W550 and W800 models, but it was not working really.

I think SE should come up with such great feature.

@Gurjar- Where'd you chek.. I mean which city are you at...
If in Bombay .. PM me..

As JC said.. and to add..

BT2 ot a2dp or watever its called is quite some time to come from SE and in our hands..

Till then your headset n the fone (Moto is good choice) will have to make do with just call transfer over :b BT

a2dp is only available in a very few phones, even Nokia only have a couple. This feature is not standard on any manufacturers line up.

Is a2dp a software or a hardware feature and if a software could it be implimented on an old phone?
