Can anyone tell me which is the latest firmware version for the
CDA162005/5?
This because I updated recently and I have the R4A10 but this site (http://uiqzone.org/software/firmware_p910.php) says the latest is R5B01.
How can this be?
Why SE sent me an old firware version ??

Acutally, I am not surprise if SE "downgrade" your firmware cos R4A10 is still by far the best and most stable firmware for P series. R5A firmware sux

I just confirmed it!
I reinstalled the Update Service and it reports:
- Update not needed
- Latest software already installed!

I'm having the same problem. SE update service says that my CDA 162005/8 P910a with R4A10 has the latest software. Is there a way to manually download R5B01 (Oct 24, 2005) and flash it to my phone? Thx.

Obviously

are still having problems with R5 and feel that they have to take it off of SEUS, they did this for a while with the K750i / W800i update

I never managed to update above the R4A10.
I'm not complaining, cause my phone is 100% stable and has no problems.
I guess having the latest version is just a geek thing, but I should keep with the say -- if it works, don't fix it!

Too bad they do not add any new features to the updates. Bugfixes only.........
