Hi

Does anyone know how to fade songs into one another? sort of like what Dj's do... but less proffesioanlly... are there any programs out there that will simply fade songs into eachother?

Look forward to your replies

Thanks

I don't know if iTunes does it. But Winamp has a plug-in called "NXS Xfade" that crossfades the songs - I use it as a DJ when I'm lazy and you can set the amount of seconds you want to crossfade. Winamp is definately my favorite player.

there are music editing suites available , eg sonicfoundary acid music , sony sound forge 8 etc being discussed in another thread (Music Editing Software). As far as fading goes when your listening to songs I use Windows Media Player and set it to 10 secs cross fade, Its not brilliant, but c'mon unless your doing it yourself with music editing software or decks you can't really get it to match the beats.
