Hi,

i have a k750i and am on virgin mobile UK. I recently got SE to send the settings for my picture messaging and internet from the SE UK website. The picture messaging now works fine, i can send them and recieve. The internet and the email i can't work out though...

Internet: I have recieved the settings from SE and they installed without any problems, although when i try to access the internet or the playnow feature, after connecting and when it moves on to 'loading', it stops and says "communication failure"... what does this mean? and how do i fix it?

Email: Now this isn't really a problem on the phone, but i'm sure that once going it may have the same problem as the above because it has to connect to the internet i assume. Anyway on the SE site, on the support-email set up page, i have selected all that i need to, though i do not know which email provider to pick... anyone that knows which one? perhaps someone also with a virgin mobile network who has done it or knows how to? The following picture is related to this email problem:

Thanks for any help...

You need to speak to Virgin Customer care mate. I know that sounds obvious but sometimes the sim card has to be "authorised" by them before it will work on the internet etc
