> "show connection dialog" option problem

Why is it that the "Show connection dialog" keeps becoming ticked in control panel/internet accounts? I keep unticking it cus I find it annoying that I have to confirm its ok to make a gprs connection every time I dl emails or go on the net. Does anyone else have this problem???
