The 'Remote Control' in the entertainment menu on the W800.
How does this work? Bluetooth or IR?
can you like change channels on a TV of stereo...?

It uses bt to control programs on your computer. On a pc you need win xp sp2. The phone manual can tell you more.

U also need a blue tooth device to activate the remote control function, That would be activated after clicking it within the control screen.
