no, i am not trying to defraud them, if they can't sort there system out, why should i help them, as far as i am concerned it is them againt us, they try everything in there power to stop us from getting fefunds for times when you can't get reception, droped calls, 192 giving you a wrong no. ,when you try to claim on your insurance, etc., if they come back to me and say that i have to pay for the previous time online, i will treat them the same. lighten up!

Respect to you arsenalchamp!

The mobile phone companies milk us for enough money as it is. Ok they will probably all go bust because of all the 3G stuff but, its their fault for being greedy!

Vodafone carried on billing my mum for a cancelled contract for 3 months. Getting the money out of them was as difficult as getting a concrete release date from SE!!!

Aresenalchamp - you get credited for dropped calls - look on ur bill - it says credit for dropped calls - no other network does this & 192 aint orange - its BT enquiries with an Orange welcome - oh & u should tell them about ur billing - I have seen very rare cases where people have only been charged line rental for 12 months - not tell orange & then boom - one massive bill with all the charges on - the law says u can be billed upto 18months after - so be very careful - don't say u weren't warned.
