> Help on dismantling S700i

Hello,
I have a rather nasty crack on the plastic bit covering the screen on my s700i, as you can see below:
- I have found a replacement housing for it on ebay.
However I am not too sure as to what kind of screwdriver I need to crack open the S700i in order to replace the housing...
Here are some photos of the screw bits which need opening.
From what I gather, a
Torx T6 screwdriver is needed to open the S700i, but the S700i screws seem (+) shaped whereas the T6 appears to be star shaped?
I should be grateful if anyone could possibly shed any light on this.

Oddly enough i only replied to a post on hofo about this last night. Anyway...
I've opened up my old s700i, it doesn't use torx screws, but plain philips head ( + shaped) screws, so you can just precision screwdrivers.
It's pretty simple to do, but do pay special attention to the two grey cables connecting the screen and joystick to the main housing. They go through the centre of the swivel hinge. (next bit copied straight from my other post, how lazy..)
The two cables are semi-twisted together, you want to remember exactly how they cross over when you take it apart, so that when you put it back together, the swivel can turn 180 degrees in both directions without straining the cables.
Also, as there are two identical cables, there are two identical slots in the main phone housing, one for each cable. One of the cable end connectors will have a blue dot on it, note which slot you unplug it from, so that you don't plug the cables into the wrong slots when you put it back together.

Besides what has been told already...
And IF you are replacing EVERYthing..
Watch out for.. These will test your Patience/ Skill..
The small "spring" that sits n makes the unlock slider work...
The metal strip (connector) in lower half will need to be removed
(its needed for the mic) & put in new housing.. I found it bit tacky
as I am very clumsy
The Lens cover/ slider tab (camera) that came with mine (I bought it in India itself .. mostly Chinese make) were fcuked up.
These if used.. might not slide/ close in properly n leave a gap.
In that case.. better use the original metal rim n plastic..
Also the volume (side buttons) might not be as smooth if the whole body isn't properly set..
Working in a non cluttered area is advis'ble
I dint find the damn spring that jumped out from the slider (unlock).. still
it kind of works but without the spring action..
Make sure that a small white notch that is jutting out (on the PCB) that the slider pushes IS in right possion "BEFORE" setting the cabinet from the keypad side Pardon my sloppy language.. I mean.. in the lower half.. the side of the cabinet that has the keypad
