I got DVDs and programs to convert it to put it into my W800i But the dvds do not show up or are corrupted. any ideas or help? thanks

Starting with the obvious, have you put a cleaning disk through your DVD drive? DVDs are more sensitvie to dust on the lens than CDs.

Other than that, have you tried the DVDs in another drive or DVD player? I see a lot more broken DVD drives than I do CD Drives for some reason

Install slysoft anydvd and then browse the DVD and copy. Or you can use DVD decrypter.
