Hi there. I live in Orpington in the UK (North Kent), and am having some trouble with the joystick on the K750, I think some dirt or something has gotten under the joystick and Right presses and clicks are very hard and have to be repeated to be able to work.

Do I find a walk-in Carphone Warehouse center, or do I have to send off the handset to SE themselves?

I appreciate any help you can give me, I would do the job myself, but am unconfident opening up the phone, especially as its so new to me, and the phone is still under warranty.
