just wondering, I do not plan on dropping it, I hope I never do drop it but was wondering, just in case, how sturdy is the 800 when it comes to drops?
who here has dropped their phones and what has happened to them?

Dropped mine from about 1.5 meters.
Nothing happened.. Of course there was a carpet.. but a "hard" one.

I've dropped my W900 a lot of times, and i really do mean a lot, and it's still as sturdy as it was when i bought it, not a scratch on it either!

I've dropped my K750i lots of times. It's fallen out of my pocket on my bike, fallen from my desk, chair, bed, sofa.
It still works perfectly fine, it just has a lot of scratches, and one slight scratch on the screen.
I should really be more careful with my phone.
Hopefully, I'll be getting a new phone soon.
