Nice litle free synch software from Microsoft lets you easily synchronise files between your K750/W800 memstick and a folder on your pc.

Quick example of use:

1. Create an empty folder called K750 (or whatever) on your pc harddrive.

2. Install synchsoftware and connect K750 with usb cable to your computer.

3. Setup partnership, left side select the driveletter of your memstick while phone is connected to computer, right side select the empty folder you created on your harddrive, then first time setup to do a contribution from left to right and all files and folders currently on your memstick as well as folderstructure will be copied to the empty folder.

4. Then allways organize what you want on the memstick by adding/deleting files in this folder.

5. Connect your K750 again, start the synchsoftware, but change the synchprofile to synchronise instead of contribute, and synchronise away.

Above is just one example, you could also setup a synchronisation between specific folders only, like the mp3 folder, or synchronisation between the folder on your harddrive and your memstick in a cardreader, etc. etc.
