I can't believe this phone of mine, this baby has been saved from the bottom of a diesel tank and only yesterday I left it on the roof of my car....Needless to say, while braking for a traffic light the P910i flew in exactly the same way an airplane wouldn't. The battery went one direction, the back cover another and the main phone landed on the other side of the road. Apart from many sexy battle scars, the only real damage was that the stylus pen broke! The LCD survived!
It has been romoured that as I was sleeping that very night, my P910i challenged Vin Deisel to a game of connect four and won in just 3 moves.....

Yes, about damaging phones, Do you notice that nomater how much you trie not to drop or damage a phone, you allways end up doing this, it's even worse with new phones. For example I had my w900 for 2 weeks and allready dropted it 4 times(2times me and 2times my friends

), the fist thee didn't do a single thing to him but the forth one was when my phone's plastic meet metal:) a bruise in the right side of the 3g cam

damit! I,m looking on the bright side of things: now I wont be mistaking my phone for enybody elses(as if everybody around me had a w900:( ) And ofcuorse thank God it wasn't the screen or the cam

)

@ mores, Yup, it was diesel alright! I stripped the phone down, cleaned the main board with a dry cloth. I then took all the plastic parts and cleaned them with soapy water and a toothbrush. All the extra bits like the speakers, mic, vibrator etc, I just took from a dead P900!
@dgilmartin, I live about a 20min drive from Slane but commute to Dublin to work.

I played rugby against Drogheda school (or college or something) on a Sixth Form Rugby Tour to Dundalk - what a small world!
Scorchio: I also liked "flew in exactly the same way an airplane wouldn't". Very Douglas Adams!
Anyway, off topic.
