I have a situation friends ....

I brought a P910a in U.S.A and am trying to use in India. Yup i do know that p910i will work.

My phone works in all cities where subscriber network is in GSM-1800

but for my luck unfortunately the city in which i work is in GSM-900
This link told me that Airtel (The network which i was using is on GSM-1800 in some places and GSM-900 in some other places)

There's nothing you can do, it's a hardware thing.
If you can find someone to replace the antenna and reflash with the P910i FW you might be ok, but I doubt it.

I have a question, I just bought a BMW 3 series 2006 with the bluetooth capability. I have a SE P910a and I cant make them work together. When that happened I tried to update my phone and test it again.
Im still having lots of problems with this issue.
My question is, if I flash and change my phone to P910i, does it has something different and probably I can make it work?

Don't think that you can change, while they should have similar connective behavior. This message was posted from a WAP device

It's been asked a lot of times and the answer is no,u can't update it or upgrade it or whatever to work on 900mhz band.If it's an 'a' u can only use it on those bands. It's just a diff'rent technology involved. This message was posted from a WAP device
