i was sending file through bluetouth before finish the sending i noticed the phone switched off the restared with a blank white screen ,i took the battery out then i insert it again but still the same proplem only white screen , any help i would really appriciate..

My w800 died on that white screen.
Its a firm ware bug. you need to update the software. I am not sure how its done.
Search for "white screen of death"

i was using a 550i before and faced the similar probl. after a file transfer, my screen went white blank. so i went to SE's service center and they updated my FIRMWARE...i worked fine after that.

take the battery out for about an hour and place it back in.
