is there a way to change the menu icons on the k750i???
changing phone firmware can resolve this????

I would like to know the answer to this as well my friend has vodaphone branded phone wants the icons back to default SE ones any way to do this?

i'm not really bothered about this, although if i could i would change my media player icon at menu to the walkman one on the w800 and other walkman phones etc. would be quite cool.

Vodafone's branding is the cause of the different and imho ugly icons on vodafone branded phones. A de-branding and installing of SonyEricsson's original firmware will restore the icons. In addition, it's possible to use the firmware from a W800 on the K750. The major differences between those two are the flight-mode (phone off while media player is on) and a far much more advanced media player with playlists, sorting and selecting by artist, category, etc.

I think icons are packaged in to the firmware, so unless you modify the firmware they can’t be changed. I haven’t seen much firmware hacking for SE phones; however when you consider Siemens phones it is quite the opposite; Siemens community is hacking firmware like its written in VB
. There are hacks to do just about anything you can think of.. Wish SE had a community like that
