I can send files from my latop to my phone just fine. Also, the MyPhoneExplorer program works fine (guessing because the connection to the phone is initiated from the computer). However, I cannot send files from my K750i to my laptop , even though the checkboxes 'turn discovery on' and 'allow bluetooth devices to connect to this computer' are checked.
Can anyone help? It would be much appreciated as I just purchased a licence for Salling Clicker, but because of this I can't get it to work!!

if your laptop is a toshiba,you will have to find an option that says ''receive file''
