Help,
once in a while my W800i turns off by itself when I try to send an SMS. Just by pressing the Send command, it shuts down.
Later, last week, the same thing happened when I tried to take a picture. PUFF, it went off. And as if this is not enough, it started to happen to my friend's K750i, only it happens when he tries to make a call.
He tried and contacted SonyEricsson support staff, and they collected his phone for observation and all, but it's been a month now, and they haven't said a word about the problem.
Any ideas??

Fw or hw, hard to say which of both could have bug. Another member here was 2 month long waiting for his one. Contact se and make a huge circus!

The phone has a lot of bugs, an some are fatal.
My w8 crashed to death, they refreshed the fw but in the process they messed up the housing to I they offered a new one.

Do you think that updating the fw using the SEUS can fix these bugs? Since I've never done that (I bought my phone last december), I'm a little afraid it could get worse...
