new firmware for Z520 at SEUS - R3F015, camera sw version 2.6. Some changes i found in about 10 minutes (had R3C035 before): phone will not restart anymore after i plug in USB cable, removed some useless info from phone status menu, free memory before update 8941kb, after update 8256. "Better" picture on both displays (or is it me?). I had two clocks at small display with lights on after update, reselected theme and everything is fine now

the phone wont turn on if it´s not plug to usb or charger, i can´t use one of the networks companies while i should be able to do it

My daughters Z520 is nothing but bother, it is hard to switch on, keeps loosing battery power very quickly, and I can not get it to work with the update service for love or money.

Major bugs here as well, now the camera driver is the wrong one and phone is reluctant to turn on.

try, holding the power on button for 5 secs and then wait for another 5 secs! it should turn on.

I updated to R3F015 and now the phone presents a major bug:

With the shell closed, when pressing the volume buttons the background image for the information is not displayed. So the text just stays over the previous one. On phone status with the scrolling text the screen gets all black.

SE is pro in releasing buggys upgrades!
Mental note: Never upgrade SE firmware

Of course that solution always appears after forum posting and support request.
Re-selecting the theme solved the problem. But is still weird that one have to do that in order to get the phone work properly!
