Can someone tell me how to remove the 'missed call' icon from the desktop of my P910i without having to return the call or turning the phone off and on again, particularly when the call is from a 'withheld number'.

That doesnt do it, I've tried all that including 'deleting the entry' but the icon wont go from the desktop till I restart the phone.

If I click it I get the call register box 'New Call' 'Missed Calls' 'All Calls'. It shows me the missed calls but I cant call them back as the number's withheld and the icon stays on the screen. And I want to find a way to get rid of the icon without having to call them back. PS I'm on Orange if that affects anything.

If I call the number back and then end the call the icon goes, yes. But if its a withheld number you cant call it back and I cant get the icon to disappear except by turning phone off and on again
